Veldhoven Connects Event Edition 1

For the first time, all twelve active Veldhoven business associations, network and service clubs came together. The clubs continue to exist independently of each other, but in addition they work together in the platform Veldhoven Verbindt. ,,We pursue a sustainable connection by learning from each other, inspiring each other and meeting regularly," said Dirk Vorstenbosch, chairman of the Stichting Veldhoven Verbindt. About three hundred visitors attended the meeting in theater De Schalm.

Great connections were made and great initiatives were born. During the drinks there was a fantastic dynamic between young & old, big & small, male & female, government & business, that's what we did it for!

Our thanks go to our speakers; Sjoert Bossers who made the connection between culture and business, our mayor Letty Demmers that connects government with citizens and entrepreneurs. But of course also Eric van Schagen who shared his vision of connecting: connecting with the customer, the world, society but also the past with the future. And finally Professor Dr. Lucien Vanderpolle who conveyed his quirky take on the subject with great humor. In the foyer after the official part, there was a lot of networking.
